Typical townhouse in Arles, ideally located in a pedestrian street in the historic center, 50 m from the Place du Forum and the Van Gogh Foundation.
Lots of character (beams, stone walls and stairs, floor tiles, etc.)
A stone's throw from the house, you will find many restaurants, shops and cafes. All visits to museums or monuments can be made on foot from the house.
Independent accommodation of 60 m2, on 3 levels.
On the ground floor of the house: a large entrance with a sofa area, a beautiful stone bathroom with walk-in shower, separate WC. A washing machine is at your disposal in the bathroom.
On the 1st floor: two bedrooms. A spacious bedroom with a double bed (140x200) and a bedroom with a nice view of a small courtyard with two bunk beds (90x200).
On the 2nd and last floor, fully equipped kitchen and living room.

In the kitchen you will find everything you need to cook: fridge-freezer, oven, induction hob, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine with its capsules, crockery and kitchen accessories etc...
Please note that there is no television or wifi in the house.
The stairs leading to the floors are stone and very steep. The accommodation is therefore not suitable for children under 8 years of age.
The city and its activities
The house located in the heart of the center will allow you to discover and visit this Roman city steeped in history evolving between tradition and modernity.
Arles hosts many festivities throughout the year Funny Christmas in December, the famous feria in April and September, international meetings of photography during the summer... not to mention the traditional Provençal events that punctuate life of the Arlesians.
You will also have the chance to discover the brand new Luma Tower created by Frank GEHRY.
The Camargue
It is appreciated for its climate, its calm, its wild beaches and the richness of its culture, its fauna and its flora.
Departing from the village of Salin-de-giraud or just a few km away, you have access to many activities: unusual horseback riding, kitesurfing, 4*4 safari, canoeing, electric mountain biking, fishing, excursions with a naturalist guide , visit of the saltworks... and for the less sporty you can simply enjoy the sun and idleness on the beaches of Beauduc (16km) and Piémanson (11km).
The village is also famous for its history and its way of life. Salt and organic rice are produced there, Camargue bulls and horses are bred there.
Life is punctuated by bullfighting activities in the arenas and village festivals, ideal for having a good time with family, lovers and friends.
