Including the "Instructions" and rules of accommodation, activities & tourist sites in the region. ​

- Check -in & check-out, 

We welcome travelers in person to introduce them to the accommodation.

 

- Linen care and laundry,

We provide laundry and ironing of household linen (bed linen, towels, bath mats, tea towels) between reservations.

 

- Consumables management,

Toilet paper, paper towel, dishwashing product, kitchen and sanitary bin bag, hydro alcoholic gel, toilet disinfectant gel, mosquito repellent, 1 small soap per person, salt, pepper, oil, coffee and sugar.

- Assistance and repair service during rentals,

We intervene urgently in case of problems only with your validation.

 

- Availability 7 days a week and 24 hours a day to advise travellers,

We leave them our contact on their arrival.
